Get in more swimming.  How about walking around the neighborhood - or biking?  These are all things that you can do as a family that will not only make everyone feel better now, but it will be teaching your kids great healthy habits.  When we incorporate good, healthy habits into our everyday living, we're modeling a great way to live for our kids.  And kids who value exercise, fitness and eating right do better in school - and it's soon to be time to go back to school!!  It's the most wonderful time of the year!

So, get out there and have some fun - play some tennis or basketball, walk around the block, go to the pool.  You'll be surprised at the fun you'll have along with your kids.  And in the end, the self-esteem will be building as well.  Win-Win!!
